Sense-lang.org - Free Touch Typing Practice

In this online typing exercise, you can either practice a text of your own choice, or choose between 15 different lessons. When you strike the wrong key, animation will show you where the key is and which finger to use.

There is also a speed indicator that displays how fast you type. In the Touch Typing Viewer, you can see what finger you should use on each key on the keyboard.

The following languages are supported:
English , French , German , Hebrew , Italian , Norwegian , Portuguese , Russian , Spanish .

The site right now no longer lets you download the program. Very disappointing for dial-up.

i think that touch typing is a good way to get us to learn how to type properly

Nice. I use Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing, but it is good to see that there is some free and useful typing software too.
