Stykz - Free Stick Animation Software

Stick animations are a fun and simple way to create your own stories in pictures. Add people, animals, letters and objects and move and bend them a little in each frame, and with very little effort you have built an entire movie!

Stykz is free software that makes it easy to create fun stickfigure animations. Just add backgrounds, frames and as many objects as you like to your stage.

The animations can be saved as animated gifs, Quicktime movies or png files and published on websites or Youtube. Click here to see some creative movies other people have created with Stykz!

Stykz runs under Windows, Linux and Mac OS. It is an improved version of the classic stick animator Pivot by Peter Bone.

Pivot is way better, Well actually its exactly the same.... Exept this sktiks or whatever it is called seems to have a lot more bugs and viruses and crap... JUST GET RID OF IT!!!!

Stykz is OK but isn't stable yet. It should end up better than Pivot if all the bugs can be cleared out because it offers more - but steer clear of the forum unless you're desperate. There are some very negative responders in there who think they know best and who drop on people who dare to try to be different.
